I know this sounds like a nice title but it is true. God slowly grows me and continually allows me to learn this culture and my strengths and weaknesses. He has given me the opportunity to share the gospel through a weekly English conversation group, a boys Bible study, and individually.
Filip is the main guy that God has put in my path to share the gospel with this semester. We met him last Fall on a bus. We struck up a conversation and soon started hanging out together. Now I see him around 3 times a week where he is hearing how much Jesus loves him. He is constantly in our house eating Dara’s cookies and playing with the kids. We not only want him to hear about Jesus from me and others but see how we live Jesus at home. Please be praying for him. I think he is close to accepting Jesus. Our team and a group of Americans which came for a week to help us promote our SpeakOut camp were able to enter 15 schools which put us in front of 2600 students. The result of all this craziness was that we only have 7 more spots for students to sign up out of 90. This is the fastest we have ever filled the camps. After all the Lord did in the last semester, we are expecting great things from Him this summer at SpeakOut. Change of Plans We were planning to be in the States from August until February. It was an extended time of rest after living here for the last 10 years. It is not easy to live here sometimes but I know that this is where the Lord wants us. After praying about it and the Lord answering prayers, we decided to shorten our stay to 3 months. This will allow us to not miss as much ministry here and still have a good time with our family and friends. Even though the time is shorter, we are still in need of a vehicle. Even if it is a smaller car, please let us know if you have one that we could borrow. Thank you so very much! Prayer Request
